When will I receive my order?
All items are delivered to the school within 3 weeks of the sale closing date. Orders are sorted by grade and teacher for easy distribution.
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered directly to the school and sent home with your child. If you ordered items for multiple children in a single order, the entire order will be delivered to the oldest child listed at checkout.
Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?
If the sale is still active, please use the live web chat and we'll do our best to help you. However, once the sale is over we cannot make changes. Please double-check sizes and items before checking out.
Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales are final. Because each item is custom printed just for your school, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
What sizes are available?
We offer youth and adult sizes for most apparel. Size charts are available on the product pages to help you choose the best fit.
What if I accidentally ordered the wrong size or item?
Since all items are custom printed, we’re not able to offer replacements for incorrect sizing or selections. Be sure to double-check everything before placing your order. If the sale is still active, please use the live web chat and we'll do our best to help you. However, once the sale is over we cannot make changes.
Can I still order after the store closes?
Typically, no. To keep things streamlined and maximize fundraising, orders are only accepted during the active sale window. If your school chooses to open a year-round store, a limited selection and pricing may be available.
